L’USIGNOLO DELLA MUSICA

 

 

La musica, lo sanno tutti, può diventare una vera e propria terapia, sia a livello fisico che mentale; la melodia, le parole, la voce dell’artista sono tutti mezzi per permettere alla musica di esprimere sentimenti e valori.

Quando, poi, sul palcoscenico appare una grandissima artista come Amanda Pollard, capace di coniugare tutte queste qualità e capacità, allora una serata può diventare davvero momento altamente qualificante sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Cantante e autrice, Amanda canta praticamente dal primo momento in cui ha imparato a parlare.

Ha frequentato la Scuola Northwest of the Arts di Charlotte, North Carolina, dove si è laureata in musica vocale, diventando un soprano di formazione classica.

Riesce, mirabilmente, in seguito, a combinare la sua formazione classica con il jazz e il teatro musicale, creando una grande varietà di capacità vocali, che le permettono di esibirsi in composizioni meravigliose sia da un punto di vista musicale che interpretativo.

In possesso di un grande dono naturale, cioè quello di scrivere, ha iniziato a comporre personalmente i suoi testi musicali, trasferendo tutta la sua esperienza umana nelle canzoni, considerato che ha sempre detto di voler catturare emozioni e sentimenti ed offrire alla gente temi su cui riflettere e innamorarsi.

Vincitrice di numerosi Premi e riconoscimenti, è nota in varie parti del mondo, per le sue capacità canore, ma anche per le qualità morali, infatti svolge il suo lavoro professionalmente, ma mantenendo intatti valori quali umiltà e modestia, che la rendono simpatica e benvoluta da tutti.

Ricordiamo tra i suoi numerosi Premi, 2 volte vincitrice del Premio Carolina 2010 e 2011, Queen City Awards Winner, North Carolina Divas, Vincitrice del premio Rock, Candidata agli Awards delle Nazioni Unite.

Il suo curriculum comprende, tra l’altro, l’inno Nazionale per i Carolina Panthers; ha inoltre partecipato come Artista dell’Anno ad un Tour attraverso New Orleans, Houston e San Antonio.

Amanda Pollard, con la quale intratteniamo rapporto di amicizia e stima, ha espresso il suo compiacimento per l’invito che personalmente le abbiamo fatto, affinchè presto possa venire nella nostra Trebisacce, per una bella manifestazione canora e, perché no, anche per una serie di concerti nella nostra Regione e a livello nazionale.

Di certo si avrebbe la possibilità di ammirare ed apprezzare una grande artista, nonché una bella donna, in grado di trasmettere emozioni vere, quelle che soltanto una musica fatta con il cuore, permette di suscitare.

E la musica di Amanda è fatta con il cuore e l’anima, perché lei è una persona splendida, dolce e sensibile, capace di unire parole, musica, voce e sentimenti profondi.
